Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Architect, your key responsibilities include assisting in the development of architectural designs, plans, and drawings while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will collaborate with design teams to create innovative concepts, prepare presentations, and support project documentation.

Assisting in the creation of architectural designs, plans, and drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Collaborating with design teams to develop concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
Conducting research on building codes, zoning regulations, and material specifications to ensure compliance.
Preparing presentations, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
Supporting project documentation and coordination with contractors, engineers, and consultants.
Participating in site visits and assisting in project inspections to understand construction processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and technical detailing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
